Homework Help @ the Library for Kids and Teens - Available on Suffolk Web, this resource consists of online encyclopedias, databases, and age-appropriate websites created for the members of public libraries in Suffolk County.
Educators' Collection - This new and growing collection includes curriculum resources to help teachers and parents incorporate quality literature into the classroom and home.
The Road to Reading (fall, winter, and spring) - Three seasons a year we offer a progressive series of programs for children. The goals of these programs are to develop listening and thinking skills, encourage emergent literacy, and promote a lifelong interest in and love of reading.
School-Age Programs - Special educational and recreational programs for children in kindergarten through twelfth grade are offered throughout the school year.
Kids...Cast Your Vote! (April) - Each April the Library holds its annual budget vote. Children who come into the Library that day will have an opportunity to use a real voting machine to choose their favorite literary character.
