Computer Center
Our Library facilities give you the capability of creating your own documents using the computers located in the Northport and East Northport Computer Centers, and in the Teen and Children's areas of both buildings. A variety of software programs allow patrons to write letters or resumes, create spreadsheets, or design visual presentations.
Computer Donations and Recycling
Find information on donation opportunities for your used electronic equipment.
Access the Internet, send an e-mail, or search the World Wide Web. The benefits of the information superhighway are now available from home through a SuffolkWeb account or from computer stations in the Library.
The Library offers One-on-One tutoring sessions for patrons who need assistance with technology. Appointments will be a half-hour in length and can be scheduled by contacting the Reference Desk.
The Northport-East Northport Public Library is dedicated to providing the very best instructional programs in Internet access and computer techniques.

Check out the software products in our collection that are designed to meet your needs. We have software available for in-library use and for use on your home computer.
Wireless Internet Access in your Library
You can now access the Internet with a portable computing device, such as a laptop computer, without having to plug into a wall outlet.
