Teen Services hosted a Fashion Show featuring Spring fashion trends on Friday, April 4, 2008 at the Northport Public Library. Sponsored by the Veronica Rayne Boutique in Northport, our Library pages modeled the latest designs for casual and dressy wear. Musical entertainment was provided by a string quartet from the Northport High School Orchestra. The audience was also treated to an interactive skit, created by Mrs. Mesmer of the East Northport Library Circulation Department, about the history of fashion and whether the shoes need to match the bag.
