The Joseph P. Dwyer Veterans Peer Support Project was created to assist veterans, service members, and their families to achieve and sustain personal health, wellness, and purpose in their post-service lives through support of trained veteran peers. Stop by the lobby and speak with a peer mentor to learn about free programs and services for Long Island veterans of all eras.
