 e time of registration. In-person registration begins July 28 at the North
 port building only. This program is open to Northport-East Northport Publi
 c Library cardholders. Limit two registrants per library card. Note: These
  courses promote safe driving and help participants maintain their driving
  skills. Check with your insurance company about the specific premium and 
 point reductions available to you.
