Marcus Sedgwick, the 2014 recipient of the Michael L. Printz award for his teen novel, Midwinterblood, will be speaking to students from Northport High School on Tuesday, April 22 at our library. The Printz award annually honors the best book written for young adults, based entirely on its literary merit.


He will also be addressing teachers and librarians at 3:30 pm in the Northport Public Library community room. All interested adults and teens are welcome to attend. No registration is required.
