Adult Mental Health First Aid training teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults. CN Guidance & Counseling Services will be providing this training to community members 18 years and older to learn how to respond with the Mental Health First Aid Action Plan (ALGEE) to recognize warning signs, offer help and understand where to turn for additional assistance.
