Are you or someone you know caring for a person with Alzheimer's disease? Alzheimer's caregivers frequently experience high levels of stress and burden, and taking care of yourself is one of the most important things you can do as a caregiver. A representative from Parker Jewish Institute will discuss techniques and tips on taking time to de-stress, building an Alzheimer's support network, and using respite care. Registration is underway.
