The waters around Long Island are home to numerous species of marine mammals. The local nonprofit Coastal Research and Education Society of Long Island (CRESLI) has been operating whale watching tours out of Montauk since 1996. Join Dr. Marianne McNamara, Professor of Biology and Marine Biology at Suffolk County Community College as well as one of CRESLI's naturalists, as she shares stunning photographs of the whales, dolphins, sharks, and pelagic birds encountered on these cruises. Registration is underway.
