Learn to make these delicious, traditional Italian cookies that are a close cousin to the pignoli. They are crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside, with a hint of orange flavor. Please bring a mixing bowl, rubber spatula, and baking sheet to the program. A $7 materials fee (cash or check payable to "Northport-East Northport Public Library") is due at the time of registration. In-person registration begins December 1.
