Learn the art of challah making with Debby from Debby's Kitchen in this hands-on workshop. Your will mix dough from scratch, master the technique of braiding a five-strand challah, and leave with a ready-to-bake loaf and step-by-step baking instructions. A fresh baked challah will be sampled! Please bring an apron. A $7 materials fee (cash or check payable to "Northport-East Northport Public Library") is due at the time of registration. In-person registration begins February 27.
