At any age, there are lifestyle habits we can adopt to help maintain or improve our health and potentially delay the onset of cognitive decline. An educator from the Alzheimer's Association Long Island Chapter will assist in identifying these healthy habits and behaviors and suggest how they may be incorporated into our daily lives. Registration is underway.
