Diane Schwindt, historic cook from Stirring Up History, will take patrons on a culinary journey through time. In her presentation, she will discuss what colonial Thanksgiving would have been like: the dishes that were served, the authentic materials and cooking equipment that were used, and the various cooking techniques of early America.
