Teens in Grades 7-12
Open to NENPL cardholders only.
Paint or draw designs with hopeful, inspirational words on rocks you find in your yard. Place rocks where people might see them around the neighborhood. Take a photo and email us at teenvolunteer@nenpl.org. Please put "Kindness Rocks" in the subject line. Complete four rocks and earn one hour of community service credit (maximum of three hours). All volunteer items are to be picked up from the Northport Teen Center by March 16 and returned by March 31 to earn community service credit. You may choose a maximum of two volunteer opportunities in addition to Teen Advisory Board.
