Middle Eastern chef Naela Zeidan will prepare and offer tastings of falafel (vegan chickpea patties), tzatziki (cucumber yogurt dip), and Layali Lubnan dessert (semolina milk pudding). A $7 materials fee (cash or check payable to Northport-East Northport Public Library) is due at the time of registration. In-person registration begins June 1.
