This program focuses on what you can do with your seasonal harvest to preserve it for the entire year. Topics covered include: canning foods, storing root vegetables, fermenting, freezing, and dehydrating. Organic growing consultant Renato Stafford will demonstrate how to can tomatoes, and make delicious crispy dill pickles. He will have tasty samples for all participants. Registration is underway.
