Come enjoy a restorative and relaxing experience with instructor Donna Nesteruk. Quartz crystal bowls produce powerful vibratory sound waves which harmoniously resonate deeply within the body. Guided imagery is a conscious, intentional use of your imagination using sensory images. Together they help produce a peaceful calm and harmony within. Registration is underway.
