St. Francis Hospital Outreach Bus - East Northport

Patrons 18 years and older

St. Francis Hospital's Community Health and Outreach Bus will be in the parking lot of the East Northport building to provide free health screenings, information, and referrals. Registered nurses will conduct a brief cardiac history, blood pressure check, and a simple blood test to screen for cholesterol and diabetes. No registration required.
