The Suffolk County HOME Consortium's Down Payment Assistance Program for first-time homebuyers provides up to $30,000 for eligible applicants to assist with the down payment toward the purchase of a home. Join us to learn about this important program which can help to make home ownership a reality for qualified individuals who are entering the market for the first time. Registration is underway.
