Bob Lipinski, Certified Sommelier and the author of ten books on wine, beer, spirits, and food, will discuss the origins of classic holiday dishes and suggest enticing food and wine pairings. Bob writes a monthly column for the Times Beacon Record and has television and radio experience as a host, writer, and guest. Please note: No alcoholic beverages will be served at this program.
