This class is a mix of traditional ballet, Pilates, and yoga. By using small repetitive movements and your own body weight, exercises target individual muscle groups. The goal is to create long, lean muscles, increase flexibility, and improve core stregth. Please bring a yoga mat and water to class. Note: As with all exercise programs, check with your healthcare provider before registering. In-person registration begins December 22 at the Northport building. This program is open to Northport-East Northport Public Library cardholders only. Limit one registrant per library card.
