Each year, more than one out of four adults 65 and older experience a fall. Falls and fall injuries are more common than strokes and can result in health problems that are just as serious. The good news is: Many falls can be prevented! Join us for this two-part workshop and learn simple changes you can make that may help reduce your risk of falling. Registration begins January 20.
