This low-impact exercise series meets twice a week for eight weeks. the practice of Tai Chi has been shown to enhance mental and physical wellness, relieve pain, and improve your quality of life. the classes will be led by a trained facilitator from Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) Suffolk. Note: As with all exercise programs, check with your healthcare provider before registering. In-person registration begins March 9 at the Northport building. This program is open to Northport-East Northport Public Library cardholders only. Limit one registration per library card.
