Youth Mental Health First Aid teaches parents/guardians and adults who work with youth (ages 12-18) how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use disorders. Facilitated by CN Guidance & Counseling Services, this two-session certification training is designed to give you the skills to reach out and provide initial support to youth who may be experiencing a mental health-related challenge, and help connect them to professional help. You must attend both sessions.
