In these classes, basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. There will be an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Note: Participant accepts responsibility for any potential injury associated with this class by proceeding through the Zoom link. As with all exercise programs, please check with your health care provider before registering. Registration is underway.
