Nurture yourself with Forrest Yoga. Created by Ana Forrest, this powerful form of yoga focuses on strength, breath, integrity, and spirit. Learn to breath deeply, wake up your core with abdominal work, and hold poses longer to help integrate emotions. Beginners welcome! Please have a mat and water with you. Registration is underway.
