This five-session course led by Mindy Giambalvo is an introduction to the evidence-based Tai Chi for Arthritis program. the focus of the program is to improve balance and increase flexibility. An added benefit of tai chi is that it is considered a moving meditation that may help to reduce stress. Note: Participant accepts responsibility for any potential injury associated with his class. As with all exercise programs, please check with your healthcare provider before registering. Registration is underway.
