This course led by Mindy Giambalvo is an introduction to the evidence-based Tai Chi for Arthritis program.  The focus of the program is to improve balance and increase flexibility. Note: Participant accepts responsibility for any potential injury associated with this class. As with all exercise programs, please check with your healthcare provider before registering. Registration begins October 1. NENPL card holders only.
