This program is designed to use gentle activities that aim to increase joint flexibility, range of motion, and muscle strength, as well as improve balance and decrease pain. The class is adaptable for all different levels, and exercises are mostly seated with standing optional. Please bring a 6-9' inflated ball, a resistance band, and light wights if you have them. In-person registration begins January 5 at the Northport Library. This program is open to Northport-East Northport Public Library card holders on. Limit on registration per library card.
