This program is designed to use gentle activities that aim to increase joint flexibility, range of motion, and muscle strength, as well as improve balance and decrease pain. The class is adaptable for all different levels, and exercises are mostly seated with standing optional. Please bring a 6-9" inflated ball, a resistance band, and light weights if you have them. Note: As with all exercise programs, check with your healthcare provider before registering. In-person registration begins January 5 at the Northport building. This program is open to Northport-East Northport Public Library card holders only. Limit one registration per library card.
